Customer Interface

Our focus is on serving its Enterprise clients, whose customers are directed to use a simple App available in the Apple Store or Google Play. Enterprises rely on their clients using the App for making payments, thereby reducing the enterprise’s costs and enhancing profitability

Like the Enterprise API, the App is fully secure, encrypted, safe and respects all relevant data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR and PCI-DSS)

The integration of the consumer App and Enterprise solution means that Enterprises do not need to interact with customers for ongoing account issues such as complaints, refunds, basis questions, allegations of fraud, etc. We take on that function.

Payments Management Infrastructure

The Orb payments infrastructure takes responsibility for the entire payment’s functionality, from processing payments, to producing reports, handling customer interfaces, complaints, refunds, promotions, pricing specials, etc. We free up businesses from those non-productive activities to let them focus on their core competencies
